Now that the cooler weather has set in down here I'm looking to add to my helmet collection a Nolan N-44, they say it's a 6 in 1 helmet and very easy to convert from full face to open face.

Does anyone have one of these and if so what is your opinion?

Yes. I've had a blue/white one since November. So far I like it. I came from Nolan 3/4 helmet so it was an easier transition than going to full face. One criticism is , it is supposed to be loud as far as wind notice but I have not experienced that. I like the sunscreen below the shield. The only thing I suggest is that it is snug and if you order online maybe order one size up or try one on somewhere. In needed a XXL for the 3/4 but 3x for the N-44 since I have a big head. I've yet to take a long trip but will do a couple this summer so I will know more if it is good for the long haul. I ordered mine from Revzilla.

Time to replace the old Shoei. I've also been interested in N44s, but there are no dealers anywhere around me, and I'm reluctant to buy a helmet online without trying it on.
Like to see your review when you get it.

I read plenty of reviews of people that had them and that's why ordered a size larger. Plus I went to dealers to try on full face and modular helmets and all of them seemed more snug than my old 3/4. Revzilla has a pretty easy return policy. the main rule is not to wear it on a ride. So I was walking around the house taking it on and off and trying the different configurations, like chin bar off and on etc.. My dog was looking at me real weird when I was walking around with a helmet on indoors.

its a great helmet, ive had mine since last year, way less wind noise then my avg blade 2 and the chin bar should keep rain mist/spray from splashing up, the communication system also works great, i was able to receive a call and catchup to my friends that left a half hr before me w/o getting off the bike or pulling the phone out

If you're looking to spend a bit less, I have a Speed and Strength SS2200 helmet that functions the same way that I've been wearing for a couple of years. What I like about it is the less chlostaphobic feeling and the better vision than a traditional full face. I wore it exclusively as open face for a years or so, but now I'm actually liking the extra protection from the chin guard.

It's sold and reviewed at Revzilla as well.

Yes, I had such a helmet a few years ago, great option for the price and quality, very reliable, lightweight and comfortable, it does not fatigue the neck on a long trip. Found it on the recommendation of this site allforharley.com
